Welcome back to the RC Vlog! Today, we are back at Traxxas to check out some new accessories. I have no idea what they are, so let’s dive right in.
The New Cheyenne
As soon as you walk into the store, you can see the new Cheyenne on display. Unfortunately, they only have the black color available, but in my opinion, it looks the best. I was really hoping to see the white, red, and blue options as well.
Extended Chassis Rails and Wheels
Traxxas has also released longer chassis rails for the Cheyenne. Along with that, they have introduced new wheels. But the most interesting addition is the foam. They now offer a softer foam and a firm foam, which I’m curious to try on the stock trx4ms, Bronco, and Defender.
A Drop-down Hitch
One accessory I didn’t know I needed until now is the drop-down hitch. I was originally planning to get a hitch for my Cheyenne, but I didn’t realize it would be so much higher. This hitch will be the perfect solution.

These new Traxxas products are truly sweet, and one that caught my eye is the Traxxas Foams. I haven’t had much opportunity to use them as a duffel bag, but just take a look at them. Installation Plan
As much as I would love to install these new accessories on my Cheyenne, unfortunately, Traxxas has not released a Pro Scale kit for it yet. However, fear not, as I have an equally stunning alternative – the trx4 Defender in orange. Its vibrant color and the red accents at the bottom create a visually stunning combination. But that’s not all; I have also purchased skid plates for the front, rear axle, and center chassis. With all these components waiting to be installed, I have quite a bit of work ahead of me.

Testing at the Drag Facility
As the sun sets, we find ourselves at our drag testing facility, ready to put these new Traxxas products to the test. And let me tell you, it’s the perfect setting for it.
Number One on the List
Just in case you haven’t heard already, I am currently sitting at the top of the leaderboard. Yes, that’s right, I am number one. I can’t help but feel a sense of uncertainty though. How long will I be able to maintain this position?
Working on the Cars
Now, let’s focus on the task at hand. We’re here in this abandoned parking lot, a peculiar place to be working on RC cars, I admit. But hey, where else can you find the perfect conditions for testing?
Waiting for Brett
While I wait for Brett to show up, I can’t help but reflect on his current position on the list. He’s number six right now, a respectable spot, but not quite on par with my number one status. Sorry, guys, I had to mention it again.

Enough with the bragging, let’s now focus on what really matters – installing and testing these new Traxxas products. As dusk approaches, we need to work efficiently.
The Darkening Skies
The fading light reminds us that time is ticking. It won’t be long before darkness engulfs us. But that won’t stop us from wrenching and fine-tuning these machines.
So, here we are, working under the twilight sky, in a seemingly random location, preparing to unleash the power of these new Traxxas products. The anticipation grows as the night falls. Will they live up to the hype? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure – these new Traxxas products are sweet!
Lights Installation: A Surprisingly Easy Process
Luckily, I brought lights. The directions. Look, easy enough. Dude all right man don’t, be mad. Yeah, I’ve seen those, you’ve seen those, I have one. Not this, of course, does that one make you a little mad that’s cool super cool man. You haven’t seen the Traxxas ones, will have you so I’m gonna try to put them on tonight. That is cool. They said that it’s easy to install so we’ll find out here in a second right.
Mind-Blowing Lightage
Oh crap, guys look at this. That is some major lightage holy smokes: reverse lights, that’s just a regular Pro skill. Kid I already had that on there, but look at those you can’t even see that because the camera can’t even get it. That is a lot of light. Jeez, that’s bright got a pit light, not a paid product placement. By the way. I just really like this pit light. I am sponsored by Pro Tech, but next up trailer lights.
Trailer Lights: Surprisingly Easy Installation
They said these are easy to install, we’re about to find out man a lot of pieces here. Okay, I think I have it all installed. It’s actually really easy to install the trailer lights. There are these little inserts, you kind of see it lets see. If I move, I can’t do that basically there’s these little rubber inserts that you kind of just wedge into the channel on the bottom of the trailer, and it holds your wires in place. So it was super easy, the wiring, needless to say, integrates flawlessly.
Traxxas Products: A Glimpse into the World of Awesomeness
They give you a little connector, so they should be hooked up now. Hopefully, everything works as designed. Oh, we got tail lights on the trailer lets see this oh and reverse lights: okay, hold on Im, getting too excited and put all the stuff on. Oh man, its in the lights, are installed.
Oh man here it is guys, look at this all right. First off the trailer look at those brake lights, the brake lights are brighter on the trailer than on the actual truck reverse lights. On the trailer. Also, look at these freaking light bars. Look how bright that is, that is incredibly bright, an insane amount of brightness, oh, my goodness that looks so sick. The trx4m accessories are just insane, oh, its so smooth too man, and look at that wow.
Easy Installation with Outstanding Results
So, in regards to the installed install was super easy on both the light bar kit and the trailer kit. I will say Im glad I decided to put the light bars on the defender when you put the light bars on the defender. It comes with another Grille that you can use, whereas if you put it on a Bronco, you actually have to drill a hole through the grill, no matter what you do have to put a hole through the top of the body, but you can see how the I guess this is a ballast or whatever circuit board covers it up, so you dont even see it, but the lights integrate so well.
Quick and hassle-free installation is a huge plus point for these Traxxas products. Both the light bar kit and the trailer kit are user-friendly and do not require any complex maneuvers to set them up. With the added advantage of having an extra grille for the defender model, Traxxas has certainly thought of everything to make the installation process seamless. However, for the Bronco model, a hole through the grill is necessary, although it is cleverly concealed by the ballast or circuit board, integrating into the overall design flawlessly.

Oh man, here it is guys, look at this all right. First off the trailer look at those brake lights, the brake lights are brighter on the trailer than on the actual truck reverse lights.
