We’Ve got some amazon crawler tires that we’re gon na open up and try out it’ll, be my first product review. So go easy on me figure since i’ve gotten so much out of youtube. Give something back! Try to help! Somebody else out, so what we have here are some 1.9 rubber rock crawler p. T r c tires with an outside diameter of 120 millimeters and from the pictures in the description. They were knock off pit bull, rock beast, xl19s, so monster armor. These were 35 after tax took roughly three days to get here on amazon Music. I don’t have a set of the real ones here to compare them to, but from the ones that i’ve felt at the local hobby shop. They feel pretty similar let’s, get them open and see what the compound feels like they feel sticky. None of the phones feel just like most rtr phones got ta say they. They feel pretty good. Well, i will get these mounted up and get some video of them running on my backyard course so for size comparison. This is a proline crawler g8 compound. The amazon tire is a little wider, pretty close overall height. Of course, this one’s dirty so it’s kind of hard to tell this one is new and feels sticky, whereas this one’s dusty so kind of hard to tell this also has a dual stage: foam in it: i’m moving it over to a different rig. This will be on my trail rig, so we’ll see if they’re good enough to get by be right, back Applause um, so so so foreign with 20 minutes of run time.
On the tires, a few notes when i put the truck down for the first time and drove it the tires made a squealing or barking noise, almost similar to what you would make if you were imitating a burnout or a power slide, wasn’t, good or bad. Just pretty cool during the test drive, i did manage to roll the truck trying to do a controlled slide on that spot. I’Ve done several times with the pro line crawlers with the stock. Gen 8 tires these. I don’t know if it’s the contact patch being wider or the compound, but it didn’t do a controlled slot. It just caught and rolled for the good part of the tire review. Of course, the price 35 dollars very reasonable. There are some that are cheaper than that for a set of four, but i like the way that these looked the overall quality is pretty good. I did spin them over on concrete and wood pallets and in the dirt, and i see no signs of wear or chunking. The foam seem to hold pretty well for the weight of the truck, as you can see, it’s between nine and ten pounds depending on the battery it it side held well, it didn’t the tires didn’t seem to want to roll over and for the bad part. Well, the only bad part is that these are knock off tires. I understand that some of us have to save for a month two, maybe even three months to spend forty dollars on on an rc car i’ve been there i understand, and when that’s the case you want to get the most for your money.
These are definitely worth forty dollars. Thirty five forty dollars, but if you can afford the authentic brands, the real pitbull proline, i would say, support the companies that advance the hobby and put in the r d well guys that’s pretty much all i have for you on this review, like i said it’s, Our first review so go easy on me. If you would leave a comment, let us know how we did if i sucked, if i was awesome or if you even think i smell bad wan na. Thank you guys for watching. Please like share and subscribe.
