It seems like once a week i’m doing these it’s getting a little out of control, but i have an addiction so let’s get into this. We got the axial rift rbx 10 and i don’t know if you’ve seen videos on this, but this thing’s a beast. Once i saw a video i was like, i got ta have it. I also picked up a spectrum: smart 4s, 5000 milliamp for it um. This will be a crazy battery, so i guess we’ll open this thing. First, nothing special! It is a smart battery, so it was pricey, nothing special, just a big 4s hard case. I would charge it, but my charge was super loud, so we’ll charge that after so on my side, i got some factory seals here. Like always, milwaukee fastback we’ll crack that one on that one wow for once. I actually have a sharp blade. I love it. I don’t want to cut my uh, my foot off so we’ll flip it here boom. Now most of them slide out the side, but this one she’s a big boy, Music boom. So, as you can see the truck itself, we’ll start with. Oh all one panel there’s the beauty and right here we got the controller and obviously the pack which doesn’t come with literally anything four batteries, that’s that’s about it. Those are the batteries controller, we’ll start with this guy. So i got the controller here and this one is one of the nicer controllers that axial provides because they are owned by horizon hobby.
So you get a spectrum dx3, you know one hand driving lots of functions bind, but this is the nice part. It will actually show you your battery level, which is insane and one of the reasons i got. It throttle limiter power, brake rate, steering, trim, throttle, trim, um avc, so that’s your like traction control. So it helps you control the car a little better, but enough at the radio let’s get into the truck and boom. So first impressions, this thing is beautiful, like even the little guys have you know, axial racing stickers for their seat belts on their visor. Like this thing is, awesome, obviously it’s not scale to a real truck, but if you, google, a rock bouncer it’s, the general idea, these springs are real nice. The shocks are beautiful. Steel aluminum aluminum, the only you know comparable part i see, is a steering servo with a plastic horn, but lots of upgrade potential, and i do see you can fit two shocks on here, which i’m probably gon na do, and it even has the disc brakes, which Is fantastic, obviously, they’re not functional, but it’s all for appearance i’m impressed. So then we take two clips here, which is what i really like. Like my other trucks, i got ta take four off and take the shell off and all this to get a battery in there. This one, you simply pop the hood open, move your connector out the way nice velcro strap.
This thing is 4s capable, but this battery is huge, so we’ll see fits like a charm, nice and snug. For example. Oh my that is beautiful, so that was my unboxing of the axial rift. Rbx rbx10 stay tuned. My next video will be a bashing video. I think i’m going to post both of them back to back. So if you click the little i in the corner, you can watch that video for the first test run and first impressions. This was simply an unboxing i’m going to keep with that style. Like my other videos, but some notable features, the tires are already pre cut from the factory you don’t have to take. No tread off to actually get that grip. Build quality is amazing. This plastic’s very hard and i feel like it can take a beating. I opted for the black version. I, like my trucks, black matte black, preferably, but i did see that there are some aftermarket carbon fiber panels. You can get and i think those may be on order sooner than later, if not right now so that was my unboxing. I hope you guys enjoyed if you did hit, that like button go check out the actual first impression and first drive video, because i am super excited so so i’m going to charge up that 4s and we’re going to go rock bounce i’m.
