When I press my remote to get the genie to clone it, I never see the blue light. It stays with a slow white blink
What if my garage door has dip switches?
My garage opener is nothing but a single button on the wall, which only opens and closes the garage. I don’t know what brand it is or anything, it looks like a light switch, I don’t know how to pair it, help.
Does not work with Chamberlain B970 mfg in August 2019. I tried Chinese versions (from Amazon) and they have the same problem (claiming Chamberlain compatibility, but failing to exclude current models). Chamberlain must have made a change, either with the addition of the battery backup or the MyQ. Curiously, all their remotes pair effortlessly with the yellow button. Please fix your remote. Best way would be to emulate Homelink, which does not require use of the yellow button. How about making it work with the program feature of the wired MyQ opener, which is easier to reach, Alligevel. Or eliminate the need, just like Homelink. I want to add, please add support for more 318 Mhz openers (I have one that is not Linear megacode) and also add 433Mhx (FAAC/Apollo). I have both that don't work with this remote. Dybest set, I have one out of 4 that work with this thing (an old Genie Pro). I was so excited and then so disappointed to find this thing. I returned it to Home Depot (where I bought the B970, BTW).
hey guys, i installed an aladdin connect a few months ago and y’all told me to email y’all or communicate with y’all some how because i really want to get a mach force screw drive and y’all said y’all could sponsor me myb and to contact y’all and i’ve been trying

Need help to learn my Chamberlain door opener.
I just bought one of this to use in my apartment building which have a Linear system. I try to do the cloning with my remote and it hasn't work at all. Do anyone knows what should I do to make it work? I don't have access to the system since is on the main office and we (tenants) don't have access to it
do you have a video on the wiring of the genie dual frequency kit?
I’ve got to say, this is miles ahead of the chamberlain universal series. Well done, Genie.
Thank! I was so lost 🤦🏽♂️
Hey, we have a viper/ Marantec and it has Aladdin connect on it. Can I use this remote on it or no? To program remotes you need to connect the remotes together
