We are looking again at my wl toys, Eins, zwei, vier Null eins, nine uh project or what do they call it hundred mile an hour project, i don’t know loads of people are doing hundred mile projects. But this is my one. Zwei vier: Null eins: Neun, the world record currently uh, which was i’m pretty sure it was updated. Yesterday, 117 mile an hour one of these on 4s, now i’m running my 3s i’ve yet to break 100, but let’s see how much closer we get in this video let’s get a bit closer. Let’S talk about the runs building up to the final one of this video and i’m, not sure what my click bait title is going to be yet, Aber es ist, probably something like the end. The last run, the final run is this yeah i don’t know i’ll. Think of something for you to click on and then complain got the mini. Crawler gang in today got some videos coming up soon. Gut, i’ve already done some, but anyway you’re here for this, so there’s kind of two parts, this video there’s, the final uh run with the uh v10, the hobby wing v10 uh xe, Ausführen 5.5 Drehmotor, so that’s gon na be the final one of that. I think i keep forgetting it’s 5900 Kv, so we’ll take a look at that run.
I push this i’ve pushed it to the limit now, so that has been pushed to its very limit on 3s. I think they’re only rated at 2s anyway, the same with the esc, das 10 bl 120 Esc. I think we’re pretty much on the limit with that and then the second part of the video where we hit my final score with this, my final pb. Until we then move on to like the phase two, which is going to be a complete rebuild – and that is a um that’s, the rocket pro v3 – and that is four and a half turns – and i think that’s i wan na say 6900. It might even be seven, Ich kann nicht, remember where’s the instructions, let’s confirm it. Four and a half turn wow no way it’s. Tatsächlich, according to this sheet, it’s seven thousand eight hundred so it’s, nearly two thousand more than that. I didn’t realize that anyway, this motor’s got a lot more potential. I think in it. So just a quick look over this and then we’ll get straight into the runs now the runs are slightly disjointed, so i’ve done i’ve done about. I think i’ve done about eight or nine runs in this video and i’ve cut it condensed it right down. So you can see the final score with this. A few runs of this to where we maxed this out. Then i swapped over to this motor and then we’ve done a couple of runs of that and we didn’t, Ich tue nicht, think we maxed the motor out.
We definitely maxed the esc out on that run, especially because this is 7800 kv running 3s, that is quick calculation. In my head, Das heißt, probably up to nearly 100 000 Rpm, which is uh more than likely the limit on this and i’m surprised it’s not destroyed itself. But that does tell me because obviously i know what performing, because i already know what speed this got compared to this one. I already know that that motor is not at its max, so it must be the esc and probably um the battery limit in it. A quick one, i’m sort of showing you the esc, showing you the motor i’ll, leave links to everything in the description, we’re still running completely stock, gearing so the metal pinion on the stock plastic, spur contacts, Rc, foams, again i’ll leave a link to these is the 30 mil one the spoiler, a few people have commented about really nice slimline one. This is off of a traxxas, rustler, 4×4 and i’ve just trimmed. Just a little on the um on the actual spoiler it’s got a bit of a lip there. So i’ve trimmed that out just to let the air flow through it a little bit more and then underneath. I didn’t show you this last time, but i’ve cut a bit of plastic card and i did have the first bit of this video. I had some little foam pads on there, just bringing the sort of level down a bit closer to the ground, but i had to take all them off to get this cover off to change the motor, and then i ran out of foam.
So the last part where we’re doing our final speed it didn’t have the foams on the bottom and i’ll be honest with you. Didn’T really make much difference and other than that uh stock diffs. I did put grease in when i initially got the buggy, but now they’re pretty loose, so it definitely needs a rebuild, and i had issues with the links coming off. When i had a couple of crashes, stiffer springs i’ve had them in my spares, so i don’t know where they came from and and we’ve now got what one is it we’ve got a bent, drive shaft the front one yeah we’ve got a bent shaft, so complete Rebuild needed, i’ve got some new chassis, i’ve got new metal. Diffs i’ve got a new uh center shaft new metal, pinion and spur gear. I am keeping it um stock, gearing, Obwohl, to push past 100. I want to do it and stop gearing, and then i may move to mod one i’ve been rambling on for a long time. Lassen Sie mich Ihnen zeigen, the video and finally fat bodies, uh pin at the front stock, uh wltoys mount at the front and then i’ve just put some velcro on the sides. It goes over the front and velcro’s on nice right here’s. The video enjoy it first part with the hobby wing second part with the rocket v3 pro. This is a pb, and i think this is currently the second fastest uh one, zwei vier Null eins.
Nine in the uk i think fastest is about four or five mile. An hour quicker than this at the moment enjoy all right bit of testing. This probably won’t make it into a main video, but i might have just thrown you into another run with this it’d be easy to just keep making videos of this for the same setup. I’M testing it for my own kind of purposes. You’Ve already seen this set up. The only difference at the moment is i’ve changed the battery on a smaller road. It looks like twice as fast. That was still a good pass. 88.. Oh, can we push 90.? I don’t know it’s getting a bit warm. I don’t know what the fastest in the uk is. Someone tell me what’s the fastest. Is it over 100 right that’s, the third and final run? I don’t want to push it anymore because it is going to overheat that esc come on 89. what’s that i think we got one more pass in it right. This is the final run, with this i’ve done an 86 an 87 an 88 and an 89 i've. Just bumped the timing up for the second time i want to try and hit 90. Das heißt. My goal. I'M. Only doing testing come on 90. es ist schnell. All right that is, my last run. Let’S bring it back. I don’t want to push that esc anymore. It’S not set fire so far today come on what have we got? What have we got? You’Re ready here we go.
Did we break the 80 mile an hour barrier? Ja, that is what i wanted. 90 Meile pro Stunde, ein vier, Vier, nicht eins! Four four one: Zwei: vier Null eins: nine ninety mile an hour right, come on in let’s, go let es, go let es, just make sure right here, we’re on 86, so let’s check it’s working one mile, an hour track and then start this could be it. This could be it. I need to have a bit more confidence on the throttle. Dieses Mal, Obwohl, there’s a bump just down there, but i want to get as far as i can so i can roll into it at maybe 40 Oder 50 and then we’ll go from there right, let’s go that was pretty much flat. I’M happy with that run. Let’S bring it back in, i am happy with it run. It was pretty solid as well. Didn’T feel the front coming up at all. Applause come on come on. Oh 92, let’s just log. That last time i forgot to show the um the live poke so let’s. Just log that 92 mile an hour oh come on and there you go 3s 92 mile an hour right, let es, give it another run let’s, Gehen, let it cool down, because that is well. The motor is not too hot. The esc is scorching let’s. Let it cool down a bit: stop gearing completely stock, gearing right. We are ready to go again. Let me just i like to do this just to make sure i don’t get the same speed so we’re, reading a low speed two mile an hour and let’s track start so a clean 92.
Can we improve on 92 it’s pretty solid when it was doing that as well? I thought because i changed the aero. It might lift a bit, but it was pretty happy. Can rc car be happy? Of course it can. Ah big crash big crash. Oh looks like a drive: shaft’s gone big crash, yeah driveshaft pops out uh, i think that’s it for today. I don’t want to take that live here anymore. We crashed at 88 and we didn’t go back to the future. Naja. There we go so a 92, a clean 92 pass. I don’t know i don’t think that was my aero. I think it was the um i’m, pretty sure it was just. I hit a bit of a bump cause on some rough ground, aber ein 92 clean pass an 88 just watching guys more to come from this. We still need to push past 100.
