Ps. Just few recommendations:
1) I think you need to add Self Recovery Fuse to Mosfet circuit — you have no clue if controlled connected device will consume current in Mosfet/circuit limits
2) Is it a typo — printed pinout on a border and BT module seems to be different?
3) Da Sie die gleiche Stromquelle für Nano verwenden, servos/motors control, NRF24L01 — you should also add LC filters to get protection against noise.

the text-indication on the board does not correspondent with the Bluetooth module connections, rx tx gr and 5v from right to left, and the board says. tx rx 5v and ground. maybe it is only the text on the board that is wrong
