Finally I found something that really helped me haha. My wife and I are annoyed of the sound and I dont have the manual with me, now I can use it without having to cover it just to avoid waking up everybody lols

Wow, learned something new. Had this same 2-way remote for over 6 years and never knew about the remote button-lock on holding the function key for 4 seconds. I even looked in my manual and it doesn't even mention it. Ευχαριστώ φίλε!
