The Smallest, Cheapest, Fastest RC Rally Car EVER (well so far in 2021) WLtoys K989

So this is the wl toys, k989 and it’s a little rally. Car definitely made to look like the hpi wr8, which i’ve got i’ve, not got it in the garage at the moment, but it’s an awesome. Little mini version of that uh, the hoonigan one and i don’t really want to say what’s on the window on there, because i don’t want my video to be demonetised in the box. You get some instructions and you get a set of spare gears in my one. I got a uk adapter first time. I think i’ve ever got one of them on a um product from china. Thank you very much. You get a little 400 milliamp hour lipo and you get this little charger. Now this charge is at two amps, i’d. Be a little bit worried about charging a battery that size at two amps. I did charge it up fine and there was no issues, but that seems a little bit overkill, but not complaining. These are decent little usb chargers. Touchwood i’ve had loads of these never had a problem, and then you get this pretty generic wl toys transmitter. This is one of their earlier ones. Some of the newer wa toys. They come with the smaller version, but all the functions on there you’ve got a faint covered wheel. You’Ve got your steering trim throttle trim not too bad, although it is quite big, as you can see, if i put it next to the car underneath very similar to, Νομίζω ότι είναι, the mini cubes are very similar to this, not sure any of the kyosho mini Zeds are the same, but this is very similar to the little mini q drift cars.

You can get this one is a rally cast it’s got um rally style tires on there, 130 motor in there it’s got a metal pinion on this. So i think you get plastic pinions with spares it’s got plastic spur in there, metal chassis, two in one um transmitter receiver, three wire survey, which is really good. I like it when they come with three wire servos, because it means you can upgrade them if necessary. Tiny little suspension on there – obviously they’re, not oil dampers, but probably not going to need much suspension on this and overall these have got some really good reviews. I know there’s a few weak spots, i’m sure i’ve, seen people saying the diffs are a little bit. Iffy seems to be quite a fair amount of spares for these. There is a large selection of the cars in different forms. You got like a porsche. I think there might be a drift one. You got like a buggy. The rally car and you’ve got a short course um. I don’t know like a monster truck and then another random one there, but yeah definitely looks all right, there’s a few different variants and there are plenty of spares and probably upgrades as well. I’Ve not really looked upgrades but i’m sure i have seen quite a few for this anyway. I’Ve already charged the live post get some batteries in let’s. Just have a look at the uh, the wheel, speed and the steering and then we’ll get the body on and take it straight out.

I’Ll stick my gps on it just to see what sort of speed it’s doing out of the box and we go for play. Steering not too bad, i mean it’s not going to get you any drift angle on there, but i’ve seen you can um adjust it a little bit. You can get a lot. You probably get a longer survey horn that’s, something i’ve seen. People do to get better. Steering angle, but still fully proportional and then throttle Music. That seems pretty good. All right let’s go for a play, it’s so fast for a little. If thing got a little gyro in it, you could probably drift this if you’re slippery enough Music, which is so cool problem for this video, Αν, for you guys, is it’s too far away too small Music. This would be awesome on a little mini z, track or um. You know just a homemade track really well. I’Ll get a gps in it. Let’S just see how fast it is. Δεν είναι αυτό που νομίζω., probably not that fast, but because it’s so small, it just looks fast, 13 mile an hour that’s, pretty good going for this little thing right. I don’t think i can do this video justice by just recording it going around here from stood up here so i’m going to switch my camera over let’s get some nice low down action for you. Oh i get it.
