But i think i’m gon na put it in my element enduro here, because it needs to be updated to 2s lipo for sure, and i want to push this and see if it really does help with control, at least with a brushed setup. I don’t have a brushless motor right now, but i plan on getting one and this doesn’t use worm gear axles, so it’s a little harder to be controlled with it and that’s. The point we’ll see how this esc does with that so i’m, going to open this up, so we can get a look at it and then, after that, what i’ll do is off camera figure out how it works. So i can show you all how to program it and everything and we’ll go from there. So you’ve got the separate wires right here and then the esc comes in this nice little packaging, which i will try to get open. There’S like a plastic seal around it. There we go and here’s the esc itself, so we’ve got the esc. This is a tiny little esc and this i’m, assuming is the bluetooth module so i’m, going to figure out how this works. Real, quick and get it installed and we’ll see how it does. After that, as you can see, i’ve got my kinetic kms bead lock wheels on my enduro 24 here as well as rc four wheel drive rock creeper tires and they actually look great on it.
So i figured we’ll run it around with the stock esc and the stock 1s lipo and see how it does and then i’ll put the furry tech esc on here on 2s and we’ll. Try it that way. These heavier wheels and stickier grippier tires will show the lack and power i’m sure it’s still doing it, though, which is surprising, definitely improves the center of gravity. A lot it’s a little harder to control, though, because it does take a bit more throttle to get going and it does torque twist a little more turning the heavy wheels. So let’s go to a harder line. One you actually care about before we move on to the hill over here, let’s see how it does on both sides of this. Now, oh wow, it made it. It talked to us a lot, though i might have to put some preload on one of the rear springs nice now, let’s, move on to the hill over here now let’s see if it’ll make it up this hill. It couldn’t make it up before it all. I’Ve done is rock creeper tires and kinetic wheels attempt number two there. It goes. Yes, it makes it now. All you got to do is put some heavier wheels on it, and the tires are a little bigger too. That probably helps now let’s put the fury tech esc in it and see how it does on 2s with that esc. Okay, so i’ve got the fury tech, lizard esc, installed on my element, enduro 24 and i’m, going to show you the setup real quick.
This is just temporary. Nothing about this is permanent at the moment. So i’ve got my fly sky receiver, where the original battery would go. The esc is just kind of sandwiched right there, and then this is the sex 24 battery. So it is on 2s now and we’ll turn this thing on real, quick, so check out the control versus this thing stock, so let’s get it on the rocks and see how it does. Okay, first run with the element: enduro 24 running the fury tech lizard esc on 2s let’s. Give this a try, definitely has a lot better control and a lot more power. Of course, it’s not going to quite be as controlled as the sex 24. Just because the higher gearing in the axle but that’s pretty good for one of these, especially being everything stock other than that esc and the transmitter that i’m using which is a fly sky gt3 if you’re wondering Music. So, just like last time, we’re gon na see how slowly we can make it up this both directions. Only this time, we’re running that fury, tech esc. That control is awesome, see if i can’t get turned around nice now, let’s go to the hill first i’m gon na go up this no problem whatsoever and finally let’s see how it does on the hill over here. The drag break is definitely way better than whatever was going on with the stock one nice i’ll try that again slow, not slipped off the line: Music, Music, nice that’s.
A new line for this thing, so that’s it for this video. Everyone, sorry about the weird cut. That’S because my lbc kind of just kicked on there, but, as you can see, this fury, tech lizard esc is working, great it’s got much better control and, at the same time, it’s got a lot more power and wheel speed thanks to the 2s lipo. So if you’re thinking about upgrading your element, enduro so that it’ll take 2s look into this esc, because although it was a little finicky to set up – and i didn’t get to show you the app because the sun glare, which is too bad to see it on The phone, basically all i had to do – was turn on the esc program it to the transmitter and it just connected to my phone. It worked so yeah. I am on an iphone 11 and it did connect to my old uh moto e5 too. So i know both those phones work with it other than that there’s not a whole lot more. I can say it’s just great esc. So far, hopefully it lasts and i don’t think i’m going to put it in scx24 unless you really want me to, but several other channels have already done that. I wanted to do something a little different, so yeah another great upgrade for the enduro uh 24 is some nice metal wheels and some good grippy tires the rock creepers, as you can see fit it perfectly, and it looks pretty good with the kinetic kms wheels.
I’M, going to move them over to some trio wheels and we’ll see how those go on it, but i have a feeling. Those will look good too, that it’ll just narrow it a tiny bit which might not be a bad thing, because this is just wide enough. It hits the fender so yeah, i hope you all enjoyed and as always feel free to like and subscribe. If you haven’t, it really helps the channel out and be sure to hit that bell icon.
