Won’t work. 2005 impala. On the step where you put switch on and off it does not activate the door locks.

Mine didn’t work after doing this, it was working good and then just stopped working.
Good instructions. My drivers side door controls don't work anymore so I had to use passenger door unlock button to program. Funciona muy bien. Gracias.

De acuerdo…I have a Cavalier with standard transmission. There's a little button on the steering column to help remove the key. The button gets stuck at times and I can't complete they cycle. Even if I can, the recycling process won't work. I've followed the instructions on this video to the T, and it's not working.
I got these from Amazon a few years back, and the battery fit in them is awful, but since I'm unable to do the recycling, I'm SOL! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
