If you’ve not already seen it, this car did with a stock pinion 22 miles an hour on there, but they claim this car will do 30 to 35 miles. An hour says 35 on the outside of the box actually, but to hear that speed, you’ve obviously got to put the optional speed pinning on so i’ve installed that so in this video you’re going to see three speed runs with it. The first is, with the same nickel metal hydride battery powering it, as i run it in yesterday’s, video and a second speed run, is going to be with this ridiculously small but very, very powerful, gen xace battery and that’s, because this is a 2 200 milliamp lipo Battery but just check out the size of that and then finally i’m going to test the car with a much larger lipo with a 2s 5200 milliamp lipo to see if he can hit that magic 35 miles an hour or not. Will i make it have your guests in the comments section right now, so how fast is the track suspended i’ve now fitted the speed, gearing it’s running exactly the same battery that it hit with 22 miles an hour with the stock pinion, but how much more are We going to squeeze out of it within the com, the same nickel metal hydride pack. I used in that video today i am thinking it will probably hit around about mid 20s with this pack on board i’m then going to test it with a 2s lipo which should fingers crossed push it to that 30 35 miles an hour or thereabouts.
My money is with on the lipo, taking it to about 32 miles an hour so i’m, but i’m thinking, maybe in the 24 25 mile an hour rain with a nickel metal hydride battery on board, got me power, harbor gnss now. The gear i fitted on here was a little bit stiff when i put it in but and then on the new bandit setup, it’s preset i’m thinking my thoughts of uh about 24 25 miles an hour might be about right, but it is getting quicker since when I first started on air, but i think that is definitely peaked out. So let’s start okay, my money is on about 24 25 miles an hour 26 miles an hour, so one mile an hour better than my estimate hour now to move on to 2s. Now, to put the 2s lipo on and see just how fast we go with that, but 26 miles an hour not too bad, not close to the 30 to 35. They caught on the box, though, but i think if you check the small print that is with the 2s lipo okay, 2s lipo on board now set my speed meter. So we get on i’m thinking about 32 somewhere in that region. It has got whoa wheelie. Quite a bit more urgency with a 2s packing. This might be on for a 35 don’t, be fooled into thinking that your car is doing 35 miles an hour if you’ve not got that optional opinion feared faster, but how much faster on this tiny lipo this but magento’s packs, seem to punch big.
Then it’s already picked out that acceleration certainly is a lot brisker, that’s, definitely maxed out and you can still corner at full throttle without any problem at all ooh that might i’ve drained a battery but tiny little pack. We shall see well i’m thinking about 32, but i might be out. Let’S have a look. Oh you have to be kidding me rich. You need to get out more, not be doing these speed tests all day, long 32 miles an hour. Rishi guessed it on the nail so well it’s, not the 35 stated on the outside of the box. I could see it squeezing it out with a bigger lipo on board the car and the fact that that gear is still very, very stiff at the rear, because they’re literally this the first time it’s run with that new pinion fitted to it. But on 2s really come alive and certainly someone at a wheelie at the start, there i’m thinking about 40 miles an hour would be about the sweet spot for this car, but i will be putting the valinian setup in there, but i know you really a lot When you fit that now, you know the answer to the question: how fast is the track suspended on the optional opinion? It’S 32 miles an hour, but i do feel there’s more to come. A larger lipo would definitely help, as that thing is absolutely minuscule, as you can see in there belly takes up half the battery compartment.

Are we gon na get any more speed out of it than the 32 miles an hour? I got with that tiny 2. 200 milliamp pack, possibly possibly not – have your guess right now, i’m, going to run up down a couple of times. It is i’ve been practicing with it a little bit and it is super smooth and certainly seems quite brisk. That’S already picked out what i found with the traxxas cars is they’re, always a couple of miles an hour shorter on a speed than the climb on the box button. Only typically only by about two or three miles an hour. So are we gon na get any more than that 32 good radio range on this thing? I have to say, and carl you can have quite a bit of confidence in Applause that’s, passing that within about six inches of my feet, it is super stable. Hopefully, that sense of speed is coming across this. This is more than enough speed for a lot of people. You have fun with us, then throwing it into corners, that’s, cornering flat out anyway enough messing around rich, see how fast it is 32 miles an hour. So even the larger capacity battery hasn’t pushed it up to the top claim speed to the top speed of 35 miles an hour.
But with the optional pinion in it is quite a bit faster at 32 miles an hour than the lowest priced armor, which hit just 80 miles an hour the other day. I have a suspicion. If you fit bear into this, it would probably loosen up a little bit and bear around the 72nd pack through the car, and you might well hit that 35 miles an hour. So the trucks aren’t going gon na claim that 35 miles an hour for fun and without being able to prove it. But i know it’s interesting that it says 35 miles an hour plus on the outside of the box of the bandit, but on all of the other traxxas cars. It says 30 miles an hour plus or is it only immediate now it just that kind of stuff. Anyway, i hope you liked this video, and now you know exactly how fast the cheapest traxxas is now the outtake. I showed the good and the bad with this channel. The reason why we might be losing a little bit of power on there watch that motor. I haven’t tightened the casing up enough when i put the new pinion in idiot boy, oh and in that laptop head on caused the motor that was already loose as i’ve just shown you to finally shift and come away completely. But it proves to be a very easy fix when i get home well thumbs up.
