Did you notice? I finally finished my basement. How can i not notice man the place is amazing. It’S great it’s, like vegas down here, yeah it’s awesome. It turned out pretty good. You know i modeled that after the crazy course i figured. If i did that, then maybe motley crew would stop by crews coming by no anyway, not here to talk about the basement. We are here to have some fun with some big slot cars that’s right slater. Nwo, if you have a carrera track and let’s say that you came from a joe scale or maybe carrera is your first slot car track and it was marketed as a 32nd scale set, and you got 30 second scale cars. You might not realize that the track itself is actually 24 Skala. So what does that mean? That means that you can run the bigger 24 Skala. Cars here is mercedes, benz 32nd scale – and here is the big brother of that is the obvious size difference between the cars and the 24 scale is scaled up perfectly, all the way down to the last decal on it, and it does come with a bigger motor, Bigger car and that is going to require a bigger power supply yeah. The 24s do require a bigger transformer, so we’re not going to bore you with the details, we’re just going to put that info in the description, even though these two aside from the size difference, they look identical.

They do drive very much differently. As a matter of fact, slater uh describes it as it drives heavy and so yeah Music. So anyway, we uh our buddy phil from slot club he’s, going to come over and run his 24 scout corvette with our corvettes he’s, not here yet, but in the meantime slater and i are going to run our c63s together. I have one here so: oh there. It is so there’s my c63 right here so we’re going to run these now. Unlike our corvettes, we haven’t run these before and so we’re probably going to need some pre race diagnostics, Da, we’re, verifying clearances on these cars here so there’s the the box for the corvettes and on the back here it says not for uh 130 bank, which is Fine because we don’t have those and this one here, Iako, and and it does work on our number two, because just because it says it runs on a number two doesn’t necessarily mean it will, because sometimes career is wrong about those things so anyway, but the amg As expected on the back here, it says: won’t run on a 230. and uh here’s, our 230 bank right here, and you know the back end it’s rubbing so no grips in here with the tires so over on our number other number three bank. Iz nekog razloga., i don’t know why that one seems to be good here. We go yeah and uh, but where these two pieces connect, To je, kinked just a little bit um and so back here, even though that’s a three just that slight kink in the track, where it’s will give me a problem there, and also these bridge sections same thing Out here, open that’s, rubbing on the bridge section too so to the belt sander Music wow, one of the things we always do with brand new cars is we’ll.

Take them out of the box, put them right on the track and run a few laps right away. Just to see how bad they are in bed, meaning how badly the tires need to be trued up or tuned up, and so we did the same thing with these c63s and they’re definitely a handful, even more so than the 30 second scale cars out of the Box it’s, just a bigger car it’s heavier we got ta take these turns at practically idle speed, so we don’t lose the back end, so we’re going to tune the tires and get these cars back on the track. Even if you’re truly the tires, these cars are not going to be glued to the track, like maybe some 30 second scale cars will be, but the car will be more predictable and consistent and you can drive a little faster but it’s still much like driving a Nomad Music, Auto, Glazba, tako glazba, Glazba, Glazba, Glazba, awesome all right man, this one. I got you pretty good on that race. I think i think you did oh my gosh, i i couldn’t hook up. I i think i’ve got a short uh tuning session on my car or just the new trick. At a time it really starts to get crowded like it. Does you go into a turn and you get crossed up just a little bit someone’s going to t bone you and you just push it down the track by your door. They do that too um it’s. I noticed that a lot on the lane changes yeah. The 30 second skills you can squeak by you don’t need that much room with these. You have to have your car cleared and yeah yeah you’re, going to get a hit right here and you’ll get crossed up then too, if you’re trying to sneak through right.

So one thing about the 24, so it’s cool, Iako, is they’re a little more forgiving uh, poput tebe, get the little sideways in the turn: they’re more controllable, everything, just kind of happens, a little slower and also too um they’re, not as likely to de slot.
