But enough of tooting my own horn, you want to see if this thing actually works. Sì, it does. It works magnificently this. What it does in a nutshell is it allows you to remotely turn off anything that is plugged into it. So let’s say your toaster, your microwave, your a lamp, anything that is plugged into this. You can simply open up the app on your smartphone click off and it will turn it off and you can have several of these all throughout your house. I’Ll probably buy five more after this one, because i absolutely love it and it feels so star treky to be laying in bed and you’re, laying there and you’re like oh, i didn’t turn off the lights in the living room and you just get your phone and You just click off and or you can see everything that is on or off you don’t have to be connected to the wi fi, although it’s it’s a faster response time. I found that when i opened it up on wi fi, the app that is there was about a half second delay to turn this off um when you’re on a cellular network it’s, maybe a three or four second delay uh, depending on your network, so it still Works even if you’re, not local, so you could be on vacation and turn your lights on and off that’s, pretty cool huh in case you’re wondering there is a little ground port right there.

So there are three prongs right: there it’s very, very easy to set up matter of fact, it’s so easy. It has just one button right there, so you just click that to pair it to your wi, fi and the rest is history. The app is free. They do not charge you for it that would be very rotten of them. Uh it’s, è, uh remarkably easy to set up. I was kind of surprised i was. I was picturing. Oh i’d have to plug this into my computer. Now you don’t have to do that. Let me show you how it actually plugs into the wall, so it plugs in like that uh here we go plug it in and then get a close up right there. Così, right now it is in my daughter’s bedroom and you can kind of see. As i push this back right here that um there is still about a fingers length right there because of the actual cord in it uh. So keep that in mind if, in fact, you’re expecting something flush up against the wall that that’s not what this device does. I’D say it would fit behind most couches and uh little armoires, so um yeah a definite five out of five star product i’m, Molto, very impressed with this honestly. I was incredulous at first i was like i don’t need to you know remotely access things. I can walk into a room and turn off a light.
