Hey Kev, if you wanna stick with the castle motors, just unscrew the end bells and put some automotive black silicon gasket maker in there and it seals up good, I do that to all my castle motors and it works fantastic.
I was in my hobby store and they had one. Let me tell you it was hard to walk away from it.

The hobby wing axe is insane, just get the version with a higher KV rating.

Hobbywing axe is a cool set up ,, but not for a serious crawler
I use mambax sct edition (4600Kv) in my crawlers , tons of wheelspeed,, definitely waterproof, of course with a dab of silicone on the sensor wire

FWD burbout car… TAMIYA SCIROCCO BODY
I use the same chassis and the body fits perfect
You need to have 3mm offset wheels for it to fit
6mm offset will stick out if you dont have camber
