Today i have another unboxing from banggood, so without wasting any more time, let’s go ahead and start cutting this thing: open Applause, so Applause! Oke! What do we have here? Dit is de 1 18 Schaal. Patriot, a little four wheel, drive off road crawler and let’s see how the box opens here. We see go at the box here: 2.4 4×4, lithium battery shocks, 9 gram, servo ready to run pretty much all the info that’s on the box. So here it is peel off so let’s peel it off a little bit weird. Oke, the hood opens look inside the hood here. This is the battery pack 380 milliampuur. Natuurlijk, there is room for a bigger pack down in there, but they’re functioning to servo it’s, like the esc board down in there just have full interior if it’s pretty hard to see another sunroof a little snorkel and some wipers mirrors spare tire roof rack ladder. Just set that down a second see what else is in here instruction manual? Not a lot to that here is the remote radio she’s got uh, Stuurinrichting, Trim, Throttle, trim on off, steering and throttle let’s see. If i can use this knife, i don’t suggest using an exacto for a screwdriver, but i didn’t feel like getting up three double a batteries know why that screw is in there. Dus, in the little baggie here we got a tire tool, a charger and an extra battery pack let’s get this out of the way.

Applaus. Oke, let’s have a look at this and see. How does this body come off? Uh? Apparently the body is on with screws. I kind of want to get under there and see so we got a really weird setup here. We got a four link in the front and a four link in the front with you can see inside there panhard, so it’s got a four link with a panhard and a chassis mounted servo, and there is no movement in that front end right and left. It seems to flex good four link in the back a little bit of side to side movement in the back. Not much Applause. Let’S get some battery hooked up in here. What i’ll do with the battery here’s the battery okay? Goed, we got some flashing headlights and then we get some uh batteries in this remote. Hier, Oke, we got the batteries in the remote and Applause; Oke, it does have blinkers. You turn your wheels to the right then to the left. Oke, i noticed uh the headlights. Only come on when you squeeze the trigger i’ve had this issue on other rc’s before and it was um just a case of switching some wires over. So i don’t know if that will be the same with this or not didn’t, reverse Music. Oke, you have uh lights, come on the rear when you hit reverse, even though they’re red and not clear, reverse lights and lights in the front.

So it’s got a basic little light kit, um um, Oke, the uh, the little light bar on the top. It does have light buckets, but there’s no leds running up to it and i don’t see no. I don’t see an extra. I don’t see an extra port for another there’s, also the on off switches in there right there. I don’t see an extra port to run the wires up to the light bar, but you can always jump in on on one of the other ones, so yeah a little 18th scale, well it’s unlicensed body kind of looks like a um. Ik weet het niet. What is this like? Um, a nissan or maybe um, you know explorer or something i don’t know, but let’s see the mountain range is a sticker, so you can take that off. If you don’t, like the mountain range or you want, Weet je, put your own logos on there. That is a usable spare tire, so that’s going to do it for this one. I will try to get it outside if it’s not too cold. I just can’t stand to get out in that cold, a nice very sturdy front, bumper for sure. So there it is the 118 Schaal. Patriot, um let’s see you got cbds in the front, a straight axle in the back there. It is guys anybody interested in these. I will leave a link in the description as well as a coupon code. It seems like a really nice little 18 spell crawler the details there for sure um. Oh, you know full interior front seat back seat cargo area completely enclosed with you know, look got mirrors. I need to figure out how to get this body off so i can uh. I can see in there uh, probably just a couple screws i’ll check around. Let me do that and i’ll be right back. Oke, i got the body off is a little more involved than i thought it was going to be, but there you can see you can’t take the top off and put a driver in there. The dash is stays in the body section, maar um ja, Het is het., two screws in the front and four screws in the back see if you can see um right here, screw hole and one on the other side but that’s the easy part. The part in the back is there’s there’s four screws let’s see if we can get a one here and the other one is right up against the frame rail and same on the other side, one there and one right up against the frame rail. You can see there you go and there you go. I couldn’t get the screwdriver to the one right up against the frame rail. It was just too close to uh. An actual head of the screw was under the frame rail just a little bit. So those two will not be going back in, but the issue was the uh.

The ladder comes through and there’s two little nuts on the inside and those was blocking me to get into the screw. So i had to back these screws out and get to those screws there, so the two inner screws will not be going back on. That is overkill anyway for keeping this little teeny body on this truck so i’m. Just going to put the two outer screws in the back, put the two front ones back in and then put the nuts back on the uh, but that is uh not that difficult. A little more than i thought it was going to be, but still not difficult at all, it’s two screws in the front four in the back, so just get to the four in the back is um. You know i had to take out two extra screws and there’s no reason at all to put the two screws back in that’s closest to the frame absolutely overkill, so you can get the top off put your driver in there and do some detailing in there. If you want throw you some uh, some little scale accessories in the back, these do have complete full fender wells front and back so there.
