Let's Go To The Hobby Shop & Buy a RC Buggy

You got ta look inside in order to see all the goodies because everything’s locked up, but this is where i go here: doug’s hobby, so let’s go get something real, quick all right guys. This is what i ended up grabbing. Now we just got ta. Take it home unbox it all right! Jongens, i’m back from the hobby shop, um let’s go ahead and open this guy up. We zullen.. Take a quick look at the box. I wasn’t able to do this in the actual area it’s just too big, so uh we’ll have to do it right here in the living room but uh i paid 150 with taxes that came up to 150 that’s that’s a bit heavy on on the taxes. Uh we’ll just look at the do a quick look at this box here. You guys can see the front already. If you didn’t, you can pause it. Then we got this right here. You guys can take a look at that pause that as well – and this is a it’s going to get instantly upgraded, so it probably won’t be staying like this, and we got this over here. So it comes with everything you need, although i’m, not using the battery or the charger, so let’s go ahead and open this guy up. Our knife is right here and let’s get this one over here. I believe that is all of them. So now i’ll go ahead and pull this up. Take a look at what’s in the box.

So far it looks pretty good guys pretty good. So i already bought another transmitter for this, so it’s not going to stay with the transmitter that is stock with it, because it’s kind of stupid, so i’ll take the car out, and this does complete. It is completely ready to run guys there. It is there so let’s go ahead and check this out. Take a look at this. I guess we’ll just look at this transmitter which it’s not too bad, but i don’t know i just didn’t really care for it, so i bought another one already it’s coming and i’m going to change the esc to the the one that was in the torment the 60 Versterkers, so this thing will be able to run on 3s plus i got a different motor. I got like tons of things to upgrade this, so the transmitter is not too bad, though guys it’s, not that bad yeah. I have small hands: het is, not a big deal. Your batteries go in there. All right so see what’s in here, just a simple wall charger completely useless too guys that thing charges for like 12 hours and that’s. Just too damn long – and here we go let’s open this up. I don’t want to start tearing everything up all right, so we got a manual foam, so we got so. I don’t need batteries. We got some uh. Those look like a servo servo horns, Ik ben. Ik weet het niet, Hoewel, guys those look like spacer and a binding plug, and then we got the actual uh little uh tool here we got a little allen, wrench an allen key and then a a little wrench for your for the tires and a foam guys so and The manual itself is not really a book it’s more of a just a paper yeah, but it still got everything you need, Hoewel, to get started so now, we’ll take a look at the rc car itself, OK, dat is, all okay, that is off, so this body Feels pretty good doesn’t feel too bad it’s, the only color they had too guys, not too bad and then here’s all the rest of the load grade electronics.

But this this thing when you put when i put the 60 amp in it’s gon na work, really good guys. So look at the chassis here, just simple tub chassis it’s got the belt strap in there. Dus, just in case you want to use thicker batteries or different batteries. You can servo’s in there ec3 connections. Here we got our esc receiver, all combined. I thought that this would have been updated, but i guess not. They didn’t update this one. It does have oil shocks guys and it comes with this free nickel metal hydride 1800 pack, so this will get you started it’s, not too bad of a battery, and then we got the oil shucks feel great guys dampening feels good on that, and then we got Our motor back here, which is i’m not going to use i’m, going to use something stronger and better, waarschijnlijk een 550 and the 550 i already have, because the shaft has already been shaved down and the 60 amp esc and uh. My receiver will be able to fit right here too, and i’ll use my new transmitter that i’m getting, but this feels pretty good guys. I always wanted this one. You know that let’s see what’s going on. There sounds a bit springy, so it’s not too bad i’m. Guessing all this is where zipper clutch is at right here is adjusted tires, feel okay, the rims are okay, the tires are not foam filled, so they can grip a little bit more, but if you’re using it to jump, may not be that good, but it feels Pretty decent guys, i always like liked it.

The rc buggy look, so this one’s going to be great when i, when i have it all uh upgraded, it should be able to uh. It should be able to to do willy’s, and you can see the the battery tray is pretty much. The same thing like, like the others, let’s put all that over here. So you can see the battery trays is the same thing just like the torment all right, so let’s get these in the transmitter. I don’t think i need all four. I forgot. Oh nee, it does use all four they just sink in further, so let’s get these bottom ones in first all right, they’re in okay, so that’s in let’s see. Is there an on and off switch yep right? There guys see that. I wonder if i need to bind this thing: Oke, that’s on. Is there an on and off switch on this thing? Ja, there is right here guys, so you got your on and off switch right there. Oh kijk eens naar dat. Even the brushless esc will fit great in there, so the transmitter is not on, but it is on now and yes, we hebben stroom, so it works. O ja, i’m gon na be able to get this thing to really really it’s already trying to willy right now. I bet you if i just put a lipo in there, i’ll be able to get a little bit of willy action, but once i put that 550 in there and the 60 amp esc and the 3s yeah i’ll be pulling massive power, guys almost like brushless.

So we’ll have to do a run video, but i can’t today because it’s it’s raining guys it’s raining outside, so i well. Maybe we can take this one out later. You know it did since i’m going to change everything anyways. It really doesn’t matter about the whole rain plus i don’t. I think these electronics probably can handle a little splash. You know oh yeah, that is cool and i’m guessing. This thing hits about 18 miles per hour on a good day. I remember seeing it on um on youtube a lot of times and it was always a slower rc. Weet je, but it doesn’t seem too bad, Hoewel, for like dirt or something with a decent amount of a decent amount of fraction, you should be all right. Applaus. Sorry about that guys i’m over here messing around with it seems a little lazy, but i have metal ones coming in anyway, so i’ll probably put i’ll, probably change out the metal one since it comes with shoe horns, um i’m guessing that’s. What those are um i’ll be able to put one of my metal ones that i’m getting on monday and the new transmitter will come on sunday. So i already have all the stuff already pulled out: have it all put in ready to go and that way we can just do a 3s run and really push this thing to its limits. So that’s pretty much the end of this one guys that’s pretty much.

The end, alright guys, so this is everything you get in the box. Everything you need to get started is in is in this box. So if you open up, if you gave this to your son or your daughter on uh in a park, you know like on a birthday or in the park, they wouldn’t be able to open it and immediately get started, because the battery seems to be pretty decently Charged so this is everything you get so you get. You know the rc car. You get the body of course, for it top shell and you get a one transmitter, one charger and some tools and one foam and you do get some shoe horns and a binding plug. So you do get a decent amount. The tires are decent rubber. The shocks are, oil filled, i would say it has around. Maybe 19 Km 20 mijlen per uur, tops maybe that’s pushing it but uh. When i upgrade it to the dynamite system, it should be doing a lot better guys so stay tuned for that and uh yeah we’ll go ahead and do a speed run and maybe i’ll do a video of me upgrading it, because this is going to be so Simple to put in so uh yeah, so i’ll be back with some more videos, guys and and possibly i’m thinking, even some more rc stuff guys. The way it is with the lipo battery, so that way you guys can see and we’ll do one test run just a quick one with the the nickel metal hydride fully charged i’ll charge it up. You know it should only take like an hour in with my charger.
