Hallo, Is the omegalink itself a remote start or just a bypass module? Asking because my 2005 dodge magnum has an CM-800s and the omegalink connected together. So I am guesting what is the purpose of the omegalink. Please help me with this.

Guys don’t ever add this junk to your car, it worked for couple of months but then it completely disabled my 2010 caravan and deleted my fobik code I need to reprogram the factory key because of installing the omegalink

be aware people some cars require you to splice wires they do not tell you that in this video but do in others .

All I need to do is follow these steps
For example unplug the ignition switch connect the t harness to the ignition switch and the remote starter module. Then turn the switch on till the red light turns green then switch off, take key out and press unlock that’s all ?
I see you guys mention flashing the remote starter module to the firmware where do I do that ? Is that something I can do myself ?

Is it possible to explain the piece for remote operation of the Tahoe 2008
First understand, this is not a installation video. Less than 20 mins is BS. It appears the hood pin switch has to be installed with this. These kits come with no real instructions nor do they explain anything on how to activate the module or what the light sequences mean. I wouldn't mind making a video for install but here is another problem…. As I have weekends off, so do they so tech support is week days only. I'm sure it's a great product but here I am this weekend without being able to use it because of what I had already mentioned. Even downloading the instructions from their website kind of blows. Tells you what everything is but that's it. Oh and since they didn't flash the unit before installation (very important as these units come without being flashed) then don't assume it is and install it to find out you have to hook it up to your computer first. (that cable is sold separately for 36 Dollar). Just fyi…
Your website must not be designed for consumers. As a consumer I am lost on it. If you're trying to reach the retail market you need to make some major changes so that the average person can understand what they are buying.
