Even better remote services offers you the possibility to interact with your car, as your mini now includes a built in 4G LTE SIM card. You can always check the status of your mini just by asking it to send you an update to your smartphone. For example, your fuel level last recorded journey or map directions to get to your mini. The app can tell you the location of your mini when the car park or the streets are too crowded or when you’re, just not sure where you parked your car remote services.

I just downloaded the latest version of the Connect App. I updated the car's software. And still…junk. I have nothing but a gas gauge….that's if I connect it with a USB cable, desigur. Nothing works remotely, the key fob can't even make the car honk to help you find your car. The connected app is nothing more than a scam!!
The Connected app worked well with my Clubman PHEV for 7 months but now has a fault. I can’t set the climatisation from the app. I’ve now spoken to the helpline twice and the car has been in to the dealership for 2 days to fix it, but still it doesn’t work. Seeing as this was one of the main features which I bought this car for, I won’t be buying another mini.

Your lack of support for Android Auto is pathetic. You'd think if you wanted to be industry leaders in vehicle technology, you'd support the mobile phone OS with a 77% worldwide market share. #justsaying

It is quite easy. At the beginning I was a bit confused but I found out how to configure my MINI thanks to other members.
1. Go to https://www.mini-connected.com
2. Register your car (you need all the official documents).
3. Your car will be sent a code.
4. Introduce it in the website in your computer.
5. Go to your account and activate the "remote control".
6. Download the App in your mobile phone and configure it.
It is done!
Am o. 2018 Countryman PHEV; none of this works on my car. The app is basically useless on the PHEV; I need to know the charge status, not the fuel level.
When does Canada get this?
which kind of package do i need to get this. in the mini connected app i do not have those remote functions. i am owner of a 2018 F56 JCW full equipped. Thx
