Und warum bekomme ich die Sprache der Videos nur auf englisch mit deutschen Untertiteln? Sehr schlecht und eigentlich unverschämt für die deutschsprechende Kundschaft. Zudem wird sehr schnell gesprochen, sodass kaum Aufmerksamkeit für die Bildwiedergaben verbleibt.

I’d appreciate if you could make the function available in Germany.
I just called the BMW ConnectedDrive Team at 1-888-333-6118 and the agent didn’t know what I was talking about. She told me that this ConnectedTeam department just remotes locks/unlocks vehicle but did not even know which BMW currently have (or will have in the future) the ability to remote start through the ConnectedDrive app.
So I’m back to square one with my original question. Is there a number that I can call to get this question answered ?
I was told by my US BMW dealership a few days ago when I bought my new 2020 540x iDrive that remote start through the app (as illustrated in this video) is just a software upgrade which BMW fully has the ability to flip a switch. Is that true and when we can expect that to happen as many as you know are anxiously awaiting this ? Thanks in advance !
