Thank you very much. Banggood and yeah i’ll start by saying easy rc. They are yeah they’re, knocking some really nice little trucks out the park. The shipping box is a double ball carbon box, so yeah yeah, as you can see, it’s taking lots of dents and dings, but the box inside, as you can see, guys it’s nicely protected, which is what we want to see so let’s. Take a quick look at the box, what you get inside the box and then we’ll have a quick chat about the truck. So here it is guys the easy rc picture 118 scale so yeah. This is a 4×4 trail track and, as you can see, it’s got a really detailed hard body and yeah it comes with a battery included. This is ready to run so yeah enough. Look at the box let’s take a look at where we get inside the box. Inside the box, you get some paperwork, your little manual and whatnot, showing you how to uh wire the battery up. You can include a 7.4 volt 380 milliamp hour battery little lipo. You get your included usb charger and a little wheeler wrench nicely included that you get the transmit there and yes, not a fan of how it looks. But uh it is pretty practical. Steering, trim, throttle, trim, proportional steering proportional throttle, and it takes three double a’s now. Finally, we get the track. Yep. Sorry is a bit muddy guys i like to take these out and test them before, obviously giving you a little bit of a breakdown on how i feel about them and yeah what a little looker really detailed, hard body guys it’s got a scale interior.
If you could see that in there little roof rack as well spare functional tire on the back and uh yeah yeah, really nice soft tires and from the inside, as you can see, these are bead lock, which is a really nice little feature for summing. This small, proportional three wire chassis, mounted servo up there guys, as you can see there we’ve got a little. I think it’s a 050 motor in a really nice geared uh, gearbox, it’s, really nice and slow and controlled uh. Then that gets split to all four wheels via the uh drive shafts uh, i think we’ve got plastic ring and pinions in there, but we’ve got uh metal output, uh dog bones and cups with bearings on the outside spring loaded. Friction dampers guys all the electronics live under the hood. There it’s really really ideal uh, no taking body pins off. Yet just simply pop the hood plug your battery in and away you go, it comes with a full light kit. The headlights come on when the throttle is applied and reverse lights come on when reverse is applied and we’ve also got indicators, front and rear, which is a nice little touch, steering angle really really impressed on the trail. It is a lot more than you need functionality. The the modulation is really nice and slow and controlled, as you can see guys plenty plenty of control to maneuver around on the workbench i’ll put some snippets in from when i add this out in the mud.
Just so you guys can get a bit of an idea what it’s like and uh yeah yeah overall i’m uh really impressed. I have the easy rc arizona, which is the uh, the jeep version and i’ll put a picture up now. The arizona has a slightly longer wheelbase than the patriot, like i said when reviewing my arizona. This kind of feels like a wpl we’ve, got that really detailed hard body which kind of outweighs the rest of the chassis so i’m thinking. Maybe some panda wheels which have got wheel weights included or you can get those little uh brass hubs that go inside the wheels some weight down low would really benefit this truck. This is considerably cheaper than the rock hobby kirtana um you’re, pretty much getting the same body um. If you want to see the differences between uh, the two of them uh check out tommy’s video he’s done a really good comparison on why the katana costs slightly more but, in my opinion, yeah yeah for the money. I really cannot complain really, like. I said nice detailed, hard body and we’ve got an interior in this one. The arizona doesn’t have an interior and the arizona are slightly cheaper again really nice soft bead lock wheels fully proportional throughout the only thing. I’Ve got to say bad about this truck and i said it about the arizona is this remote yeah yeah? It kind of looks like a toy remote and when you’re out on the trail, yeah yeah it’d be nice to have something a little bit more professional.
Looking and hobby grade well, that said, though it does do the job. So just a quick look at the truck today guys, i hope you enjoyed links in the description below thanks for watching and as always, i’ll catch you on the next one. You Music, really grippy.
