This is brandon, and today i have a new product from bar loan racing. Just came out it’s the new streamlined heavy duty front impact bumper let’s open this up and check it out. So here you get uh the new bumper from bar alone racing, and you also get these three hardware nuts, just in case you don’t have your original ones. This bumper does fit with the factory hardware. So if you still have your original bumper on with the black locking nuts, you can use the black locking nuts to make it look a little bit more stealth. Looking or you can use the new hardware that comes included here. You can see this is injected molded. With the high heavy duty, uh plastic, which is the same material that’s used on the low seat, cage and everything else super strong. So this won’t crack or break. Has these big angular gusset braces on the sides and um here i’m going to show you the stock factory one? So here you can see they got a smaller angle, gusset plates right here compared to uh the bar alone, one um! You can see the the tube on here is a lot smaller in design which this can break. I’Ve seen it happen, i gave my buddy sean bowie one after he broke his. I had my stock one and hooked them up uh, but here you can see it’s a lot thicker um so but, as you can see, uh they definitely use the same factory hardware and it has the indentations on the bottom that fit into the brace so it’s Nice and snug and sturdy on to your front bumper uh.
This will take a lot of uh big impacts on jumps if you’re out there bashing stuff like that uh. The one key feature that i really do love about this bumper is the fact that um, if you go to get hook on the rear bumper, you can see from the side gusset plate angle gusset, that it won’t hook onto any cars when i posted this on Facebook, i had guys say it looks a lot like the chase team chase. Bumper um, you can see it’s it’s similar, but the fact is, you can see how large the side pieces are from the angle. Gussets. You can see how far it extrudes out – and this is gon na – allow you to hook onto a rear bumper during racing um i’ve seen it happen a lot it’s it’s, not like it doesn’t happen. In fact, uh you’ve probably seen i i shoot a many hours and edit tons of hours of video uh just to get you guys that content out there or something to watch when you’re at work or you know, waiting somewhere or at home board. I try to give you all the best content that i can um. I appreciate everyone that is a subscriber uh, but anyway, so back into this, you can see how far out these extrude and you can see on the factory bumper, how large this is. So the fact that i like about the streamline one, is it’s going to be a lot narrower it’s, going to be more lightweight it’s it’s, i want to say pretty equal to the stock bumper, maybe slightly lighter Music.
This one is definitely the heaviest on all three of them and uh, but here i just wanted to give you a quick view of the three different sizes in length. Uh so let’s go ahead and give you a quick example on the back of my race truck on what i’m talking about. So here you can see on the rear, end uh, if you’re coming through a a you know, whoop section or anything like that. You’Re coming up on the guy and you bump him, this is going to hook into his rear bumper, and you know it’s going to cause this guy to spin out it’s going to cause you to turn into him and you’re, going to wait for marshall to uh. Disconnect you guys i’ve i’ve done it turn marshalling and i’ve seen it happen more than you would expect. So here you can see the front bumper is going to hook on here, it’s going to intertwine and lock in and you’re going to be stuck on it. Even if it doesn’t lock in you know, it’s going to sit behind here and this guy is going to be going and it’s going to be pulling you along, and here you can see on the team chase, one uh. You know same thing because it’s angled in it’s, going to lock in like this and i’m pulling right now and it’s not coming loose. You know this is locked in here, so here with the bar alone, one you can see it just slides right off.
You know if, if you come anywhere near here, it’s gone this one i’m, just gon na push and see it’s locked in doesn’t move the factory one definitely locks in with a big hook. So you know just a quick example: just a little uh some food for thought on on these here you can see. Like i said once again, this is the the bar alone streamline here. You have the factory one and then here you have the team chase one. So definitely like the fact that this isn’t gon na get hooked up, it’s gon na be the most lightweight one out of all three of these and it’s that high impact heavy duty, mold injection mold. These are going to be reasonably priced, uh same prices as these other bumpers, like i think, it’s going to be 25 bucks, not exactly sure yet, but um let’s go ahead and throw this on the truck and take a quick look. So here you will take your new bar alone. Bumper line up these holes with the holes right here on your skid plate and i’ll, just pop right in and you’ll run, your bolts underneath with the hardware included you’ll just need a three millimeter hex driver and that’s.
