$50! New 1/18 Scale Monster Truck – HS18321. Unboxed | 测试 | Reviewed

This is troy from roadside rc. We do the crawling. We do the bashing the drifting, sometimes even the racing, getting into the fpv drones, and today we are unboxing a new truck. It is the 18th scale. Wheel, drive brushed monster truck the 18 321. You can see some different uh body styles and all that that it comes into on here comes at the controller comes with the batteries. You can see the different styles that you can choose from right. Here we have the the 18, the hs 18 3 2 1. 这里是, the actual truck itself on banggood, and you can see that it is currently sitting at 50 49.99 with the current discount coupons that are out there. I think this might mean it’s the cheapest vehicle that we have ever looked at and reviewed on this channel let’s get this thing unboxed and see what it’s like Music Music well check that out. 嗯, that body looks pretty fun, actually it’s interesting with the roof rails. Here and some of that, the body almost looks like a shrunk down version of something else that we’re familiar with, but it looks good right. I mean check that thing out that looks pretty cool all right with the body off as it turns out. You can’t see a whole lot. I see an antenna sticking out. I can see that the motor is here obviously here’s, where the servo is super small little servo, i don’t see, looks like the battery actually goes in the bottom, with a screw, which is which is an interesting choice.

是的, right there battery is in the bottom of the truck. It is actually a lithium ion battery, which is good, so that is nice looks like it plugs in right here to the charger, so we should be good to go there. We’Re gon na get this charged up. We’Re gon na get batteries in this controller and we’re gon na rock and roll moment of truth controller on just screwing. The battery cover in this is definitely, 你知道的, that’s a not ideal for being able to switch batteries out. In the middle of the field, the steering trim is obviously you can tell from here obviously way off, but look we can fix that really easy with the steering trim dial on there that’s the only dial on the whole controller is on off and that the servo Sees knows that jerkiness in the servo, so it is proportional. If i go slower, you can see that it’s proportional when you go fast, it seems like it jerks a little bit uh. Definitely no oil in the shocks, as you may expect, looks like the drive. 轴是塑料的, can’t tell looks like maybe maybe bearings in the corners Music Applause, 音乐, 掌声, 音乐, so Music here’s a comparison for you. So this is our new 18 321 from hs, and here is our high boxing. This is the 18 858 you’ve seen this run. A whole bunch on the channel doing a whole bunch of all sorts of stuff to it.

So when you look at it both claim to be 18th scale, i would say they both appear to be the exact same size. So we could definitely go with that when you look under the hood and you compare both of them, you can easily see the components are not covered in this one they’re much easier to get to. 整体, the servo size, probably similar motor size, looks to be the same. You know i can’t see i’m assuming this is a receiver in esc in one unit over here. Just like it is here, but here we do have some metal drive, shafts front and in the center center i can’t tell here these are. These are not metal on the corners. Obviously non oil field, shocks non oil filled shocks, so there’s a price difference. 这里, 虽然, 右, so this is 50 direct from banggood. This is about 70 um or so on, amazon. So what do you get for that extra 20? You get a couple metal parts, so this is. This is good, it does what it is. You saw us out there driving it um, pretty good speed, honestly pretty happy with the speed of the truck uh, especially on the flat ground. I would say it did not like our ramp very much. The uh getting on and off of that ramp was very difficult for something this size it’s a big ramp, it’s a lot it’s a tall order to ask something like this: to do a big ramp, so overall it’s a decent truck.

I mean heck for fifty dollars. You know that’s that’s; it is what it is: um that’s what you would about of what you’d expect for a 50 卡车. What am i gon na be doing with this thing? 嗯, you’ve already seen us do this once before with another truck next time we go out bashing i’m gon na put the whole thing truck batteries charger everything put everything right in the uh right in with us. If any kids show up i’m gon na make somebody’s day i’m gon na give it away to somebody like that, i’ve really enjoyed doing that.
