SPESXFUN 2020 116 Scale RC Car 7 Month Post-Use Review

In this case, my nine year old daughter was really interested in uh, getting something remote controlled, and so i did a bunch of research online and looked for something that was going to be quick enough. That she would be interested, but not so not so fast, that she wouldn’t be able to control it, and so this has the controller on it, with the forward reverse and the steering control built into the handle, instead of it being the the pad control like a Nintendo so it’s a little bit more advanced than the the flat type pad control. 这是一个 2.4 gigahertz is the frequency on this, and my daughter has played with this a good bit so far, um it’s got independent suspension, front and rear. This is not four wheel drive um. This is just two wheel drive just the motor in the rear, but it’s got springs in the rear, so it’s like a solid axle in the front, independent suspension in the front, but the suspension itself is actually working. It actually has springs the coils in here to give the spring to the um. To you know, when you’re riding around you need some cushion, so you can ride it through the yard. It doesn’t have that much clearance so that you can ride around in really tall grass, but if you’re out on on dirt riding around on a we’ve got trails around the yard for my son riding on his dirt bike.

So she can actually take this out on the trail and ride around the trail other than you know, really large, stumps or really tall grass. She doesn’t have any problem driving this around and it’s almost a little bit too quick to drive around in the house without just running in everything. So we don’t have it right around the house, but this thing has been probably dropped. Flipped spun around um it’s landed on its top it’s, been crashed into things in the front things in the rear. It’S got a really solid bumper that keeps the tires from getting hit in the rear, and it’s got a solid bumper in the front to keep the the front area from getting hit the wheels and tires everything on here are really open. This thing has enough power that it actually can it’ll actually spin out if you’re in dirt, and so the one thing that i’ve noticed on these is, if you’re riding these around on something like concrete, like a driveway, a lot you’re going to wear the tires out. Really fast, these tires are actually pretty soft. They’Ve got good grip for if you’re trying to go up a little bit of a hill and dirt and it’ll kick dirt, it’ll spin dirt out all over the place, because it’s actually powerful enough. 显然, everything on the top is strictly um for looks. You can actually take these panels off and make it look like more like a dune buggy.

It actually has this cage all the way underneath and you can actually see there’s actually an engine. It actually has the top of what looks like an engine under here, so that’s kind of a neat little thing, but with the cover on you, can’t really see it as much. You can just see underneath here and see it uh. The spare tire is not the same size as the actual tires on here, so you do not have a fifth tire that you can swap out. Um it’d be great if they have uh just the tires that you can replace on these um because, 就像我说的, and you can even tell the difference, if you look at the the tread on the front tires here, 呃, where they’re not spinning out when they’re Taking off versus the rear, i believe that these tires were identical in the beginning. If i wanted to what i could do is kind of do a tire rotation take the ones off the front, there’s a screw in the middle. I could probably just take this off and swap them out, which is what i’ll probably do just to extend the life. If these things are just getting so bald that i don’t want to ruin them eventually they’re just going to tear right through, and these are hollow. So these are just going to shred. Eventually, this rc car comes with um two batteries and a battery cable it’s got a light indicator for when it’s charging and when it’s done charging there’s a screw in here, you can take the screw out after you get this thing.

You can take the screw out. It’S got these little clips on it. It seems like these clips are actually strong enough to hold the battery cover closed, but because this thing is just constantly getting jammed around if you’re jumping off stuff, i think right after we actually bought this and had at the house what we ended up doing is We got a piece of cardboard and actually made a ramp and we were doing some video, slow motion. Video going up the ramp and the car is just like flying through the air doing back flips front flips landing on the front landing on the back lands on its head lands on the tires um, so you might jostle this around enough. If you don’t have the screw that this thing could actually pop open, but the one thing that i had have happened that i did have happen is this little um dial here is what uh adjusts your um? I don’t know what to be in flight, but in driving it’s uh alignment, so it’s a bit it’s more like steering a steering adjustment. So if the vehicle is steering off to the right or off to the left, you can counter adjust it. So left would be. If you’re always going right, you can counter adjust it and it’ll turn them a little bit more to the left. So they’re more straight. If the vehicle is always driving a little bit off to the left, then turn it to the right so there’s, l and there’s r.

So you can see that on the bottom, when you look at it, you can tell which direction it goes, but this little plastic piece actually just fell out. I contacted the company that we bought this from. This is a amazon item and i’ll have the just i’ll? Have the link to the item in the description and i’ll put up the amazon part number and i think they have a blue model and a red um, but i contacted the company and just let them know that this plastic piece was missing um. In the meantime, we ended up because my six year old was actually the one that was driving it um, like i said i bought this for my nine year old, but my six year old can actually drive this um it. It was probably my six year old that was driving it at the time and ran it into something and that little piece somehow or another just fell off or they twisted it all the way around, and it can actually come out. 我是. Not sure you know how it is when you’re trying to get the right information from kids but um, we ended up finding it. I was able to pop it right back in. I got it in got it set on the little wires that’s. What these wires are. 那是, the adjuster for this that’s how it’s going to adjust it on the inside so popped back on the wires.

It works perfectly fine, nothing wrong with it. This is really inexpensive, but what i went ahead and did when i bought this is i found upgraded batteries. I didn’t buy the exact same battery because, whatever the milliamp hour on the stock batteries were, i wanted to get a battery that’s going to last longer and so i’ll post the description and have the information about the stock battery that came with it and then also The upgraded battery that i bought, because i wanted to extend the time um, the the charge rate wasn’t any different, so it’s not going to go any faster with the bigger battery it’s just that the battery actually lasts longer. So two additional ones that i bought actually came with the charger uh charging cable for them as well, so we can actually charge um it’s it’s. You can only charge one battery at a time, but i can charge two batteries because i have two chargers. So what would usually do is we’ll have all of them charged when we first start and then we’ll go ahead and get the second set. The first set the first battery that runs out, go ahead and plug it in while we’re still driving that around, but it probably goes about, i think i would say it probably gives about 15 自 20 minutes after 12 自 15 分钟. I think i can’t remember. 有一段时间了, since we first ran it, i usually do case studies i’m, the manufacturing manager, where i works, always do case studies on how long something takes, how long something lasts, how long it takes to do a job.

So i do case studies on this kind of stuff, usually but it’s been long enough ago, that i don’t remember exactly what the time was, but i would say it’s over 10 minutes per battery um. I think the stock ones were maybe eight minutes and then the new ones were like 10 或 12. So you know she’s got a good. 你知道的 40 minutes to be able to ride around, which is usually that breaking point where somebody’s lost interest and they want to ride anymore. For my nine year, old i’ll eventually upgrade her to something that’s a little bit a little bit taller a little bit higher stance so that you can ride around through the tall grass and get something that’s actually true, four wheel drive um, probably the same type of Controller, but now my six year old can drive this so it’d be easy to just drop this down to my six year old. Let her have this one and then get my daughter. You know my my nine year old, maybe for her 10th birthday, get her a um. You know get her something that’s just an upgrade from this one and i’ll do the same thing: i’ll just go and go online. Look up. You know best inexpensive, 远程, controlled car, for you know, 10 year old or 12 year old, or something like that and then just go through different pages of different people that have put made reviews review pages of all the different kinds.

You know top 10 top five kind of thing top three and then go over to amazon and check the reviews and see where the stars are at if it’s really high star rating – and it also has a really high number of views – then that’s, usually your best Bet go down in the comments section and look on amazon and just see what people are saying about it. I don’t remember anybody saying anything bad about this, not with the remote not with the frequency, not with the distance. You know you can actually get a pretty good distance away from this thing, all the way down at the end of our driveway and you don’t lose the signal so that’s all i’ve got for this review.
